James F. Mazza, Jr.
President & CEO

James Mazza Jr. is President and CEO of Mazza Recycling Services and Affiliates, a role he has held since June 2017. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer. James began working with the Mazza Recycling family of companies in 2007. He began his career in the demolition and recycling industry operating machinery and managing demolition jobs at the age of 15. During his tenure, Mazza Recycling has doubled revenues largely in part to the expansion of the company’s collection, single stream recycling, and wood recycling units. James spearheads the operations unit of the companies and directs strategic and tactical matters as they relate to facilities management and equipment management. Furthermore, he provides the strategic vision for the company, and is instrumental in fostering and cultivating the company’s business relationships.

In 2020, Jimmy was awarded Waste360’s 40 Under 40 award, which recognizes inspiring and innovative professionals whose work in waste and recycling have made a significant contribution to the industry. Jimmy earned a B.A. in Business Administration from La Salle University.

DOMINICK J. MAZZA, Jr.
Vice President

Dominick Mazza is Executive Vice President of Mazza Recycling Services and Affiliates, a role he assumed in June 2017 after more than 15 years of successful leadership experience in finance and corporate accounting. Since joining the Mazza Recycling family of companies in 2006, he has held several leadership roles within the company, including Chief Financial Officer and Controller. 

As Executive Vice President, Dominick is responsible for the company’s financial strategy and capital structure, governance, policy development, and regulatory compliance.  In addition, he harmonizes processes, people, and technology for continuous company growth, enabling the company to thrive in a dynamic business landscape. 

A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Dominick graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Management. Dominick serves on the Board of Trustees of the 200 Club of Monmouth County, a charitable organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to the families of police officers, firefighters, first aid, and EMT technicians.

 

 

Rajae Eltemawi
Chief Financial Officer

Eltemawi is a proven financial and business development executive who drives strategic decision-making within all levels of the company. He will focus on minimizing emerging risks and improving programmatic support, as Mazza continues to experience rapid growth.

Eltemawi attained a BS in Finance from Kean University followed by his MBA at Montclair University and M&A at Stanford University.

Eltemawi rapidly progressed within each role he had, using his analytical and qualitative skills to project revenue and improve forecasting accuracy. Eltemawi also had an established role as Clio Snacks’ first VP of Finance, overseeing daily functions of the entire finance and accounting team while also giving them the tools they needed for executing the best financial strategies.   

 

 

Rich VIle
Chief Operations Officer

Rich Vile is a proven operations and business development executive who drives revenue growth at environmental services and transportation services companies. Vile formulates a strategy to drive operational efficiency, pinpoints high-potential acquisition targets, integrates acquisitions so they perform at unparalleled excellence, and engages teams that deliver record results.

Vile specializes in evaluating a market, then defining the strategy for a business to capture higher revenue and market share. He initially delivered multi-million-dollar impact for a family-owned business, Northeast Disposal, Inc.; advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles with Waste Management, Inc.; and most recently served as COO for Tunnel Partners, Inc., the nation’s largest waste by rail company.
